Distilled water is important because it helps eliminate toxins and inorganic substances that are accepted but not assimilated to the body. It’s also important to drink a lot of water. It is recommended to drink 1 ounce of water per pound of body weight. Most people who feel hungry are often just in need of drinking pure, clean water. When they drink, the hunger pain will go away. The "hunger" they were feeling was just a result of dehydration and their body saying "I need something!" Your body usually just needs water, not more food.
